  • NO ITEMS WERE LEFT BEHIND THAT YOU DID NOT REQUEST
  • EVERYTHING INCLUDED IN YOUR PURCHASE IS STILL AT YOUR NEW HOME

LET’S CLOSE:

  • THE CLOSING AGENT WILL FURNISH ALL PARTIES WITH A SETTLEMENT STATEMENT WHICH ARE THE DETAILS OF THE ALL TRANSACTIONS PERFORMED DURING THE SALES PROCESS
  • ANY FUNDS REQUIRED WILL BE NECESSARY. YOU WILL HAVE THE INFORMATION PRIOR TO CLOSE SO WE JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THEM.
